Order Cancellation:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Return & Replacement:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products such as herbal facewash, shampoo, oils, juices, and other wellness items are eligible for return or replacement only if they are received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Product:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery with proper proof (images/video). After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Product Not as Expected:

If the product does not meet your expectations, you must inform our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your request and take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy:

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to your original payment method.

Replacement Timeline:

Approved replacement products will be delivered within 7–10 working days after approval.

Note:

Opened, used, or consumed products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.
